Heather Feeney has been a local staple on the Vancouver acting scene for quite some time. Some of Heather’s recent film and television credits include Part of the Game (Whistler Film Festival), Puck This, Dead Like Me, Scary Movie Three, Monster Island, Deep Evil, Da Vinci’s Inquest and The Collector. She also has five days of shooting coming up on Showtime network’s series of new original horror films called The Masters of Horror.
When she is not in front of the camera she is usually on the stage. Her favorite role to date was “Judy Denmark” (Jessie Award Nominee) in Ophidian Entertainment’s Ruthless. Other select credits include playing the role of “Columbia” twice in The Rocky Horror Show, “Trina” in Falsettos, “Pippi” in Pippi Longstocking, “Bonnie” in Anything Goes, and she played “Cheeseball” and “Rags” in two separate productions of Kenny Roger’s Christmas from the Heart which opened at the Beacon Theatre in New York in November 1998 and then toured the U.S. in December of 2002.Heather also played Canada’s very first “Annie” way back in 1983 when the rights to perform the show were first released.
Heather keeps herself in shape by teaching fitness classes and doing triathlons. Last June Heather completed her 2nd ever Ironman Distance triathlon finishing the course in 13 hours, 26 minutes and 23 seconds. You can also see her on the BCTV/Global morning news giving a “fit tips” or two. Heather lives in Squamish with her amazing rock guide partner Kai Hirvonen and their dog Sexy Sadie.
