Ace Hicks, got her start in acting at the age of seven, when she played a munchkin in a production of “The Wizard of Oz.” She fell in love with the stage and continued to perform in community plays and school productions, such as, “The Diary of Anne Frank”, “7 Stories” and “Romeo and Juliet”, to name a few.
At the age of fourteen, Ace decided that she wanted to pursue a career in Film and Television and shortly after getting an agent she landed many U.S. National commercials, including spots for Wonderbread, Mervyn’s and Dawn. In the summer of 2003, she had a role in the horror film, “Sleepover Nightmare”, which is due for video release in June 2005.
Knowing that she wanted to devote herself to the craft of acting, Ace moved from Duncan, BC to Vancouver to attend Vancouver Actors Studio on a full scholarship.
Recently, Ace played the recurring role of, “Vanessa”, on the new TV series, “ Terminal City.”
